In my opinion, the role of the leader is to facilitate the meetings and ensure everyone participates. He/she must also ensure that everyone plays their part. The role of the blog manager is to organise the blog, help post reminders and other subject-related things on the blog. The role of the schedule manager is to schedule meetings and ensure that most people are able to turn up for meetings. As for the public relations manager, he/she must be able to communicate the group's ideas across to the public well and maintain a good relationship with the public.
The role and responsibilities for the Leader is to lead the team in the project that the team is working on and to ensure full participation and cooperation of the members. The role and responsibilities for the Blog Manager is to manage the blog and help the team to post necessary materials on the blog. The role and responsibilities for the Schedule Manager is to plan schedules and ensure that the team is cooperating with the schedules. The role and responsibilities for the Public Relations Manager is to bring across the team's ideas to the public and build up a good relationship with the public.
In my opinion, the role and responsibilities of the leader is to lead the group in the project, ensure everything is on task and the necessary is submitted by the issued deadlines. He or she must also make sure the whole team has done their part of the project and has participated proactively. The role and responsibilities of the blog manager is to keep the blog organized and updated such that the other group members are reminded of tasks and deadlines. The roles and responsibilities of the schedule manager is to plan meetings and issue deadlines. He or she must also ensure everyone is on schedule by completing a certain task by the given deadline. Last but not least, the roles and responsibilities of the public relations manager is to interact with the public to get evidence to support the group's ideas, communicate with them to bring across the group's ideas and at the same time, he or she has maintained a good relationship with the public.
